Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to post but the news is exciting all the same! For my first week (weighed in Friday morning) using my Body Bugg I lost 4.5 pounds! Yay!! Jason helped me with a visual by stacking up 4.5 pounds of butter and that picture is very impressive to me. I had a average deficit of 2250 calories a day. I hope to stick to my 1.5 pound goal so that I'm less likely to gain it back but I will take the loss whatever it is. So far I am loving my BB and the Wii. Yesterday I went for a 2.7 mile walk with my friend Stacey and man was I sore this morning but I made it all the way! Yes, I could have filmed scenes from Kung Fu Panda but I MADE IT! I'm grateful Stace is willing to take the walk at my pace as I work at becoming more fit. Also thank you Kara for the links! They are going help a bunch!
