Mouth Watering Monday-Peanut Butter Jelly Time!

Who doesn't love a good PB&J sandwich now and then (other than people with nut allergies... and the gluten intolerant... and jelly haters)? We're celebrating the dynamic duo of peanut butter and jellytoday with hot couples, cool product finds, and a brand-new delicious recipe! Do we know how to party or what?


PB&J Yogurt Parfait

PER SERVING (entire parfait): 205 calories, 3g fat, 199mg sodium, 37g carbs, 2g fiber, 24g sugars, 7g protein -- POINTS® value 4*

Yum!!! Here's a whole new way to eat your PB&J...

Ingredients:

6 oz. fat-free strawberry yogurt (like the kind by Yoplait Light)

1/2 cup chopped strawberries

1/2 package Nabisco 100 Cal Pack Planters Peanut Butter Cookie Crisps, crushed

1 tsp. peanut butter chips (found in the baking aisle), crushed

Directions:

Spoon half of the yogurt into a parfait glass (or any glass).

Top with half of the strawberries, followed by half of the crushed cookies (1/4th of the package). Sprinkle half of the crushed chips over the layer of crushed cookies.

Continue layering with remaining yogurt, strawberries, crushed cookies (1/4th of the package), and crushed chips.

Dig in!
