Chicken Caesar Wraps!
This is a quick simple and low calorie recipe! I originally would just grab a Dole Light Caesar Salad Kit, some sliced mushrooms and some precooked grilled chicken strips toss it all together and then wrap it in low carb tortillas! Quick and easy goodness. For some money savings I marinated chicken breasts in a low cal caesar dressing (oil and vinegar style) overnight. Sliced into strips and grilled on my George Forman Grill (I love you Georgy!!) then added some romaine hearts diced the same sliced mushrooms a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and wrapped in the low carb totrilla. This is really fresh and light and we love it at our house!!
Only 240 Cals
And that includes a Cup and a half of salad!!

I like that it is filling enough that there is enough left after the kids have eaten that I always have leftovers for the next day at work. Is nice and light, but very satisfying.
