Makes 12 muffins, 2 points each
1 1/4¼ cup mashed ripe banana (approx. 3)
1 cup wheat bran
2/3 cup milk
¼1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 ½ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 12 muffin tins
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and egg.
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Add banana mixture and stir just until moist. Fold in blueberries.

Hi, these look delicious! Any idea how many calories, carbs, grams of protein or sugar...? I can figure it out, but if you know that would be much easier!
