Well, as I expected, not only did I not lose I gained everything I lost last week. I didn't log my food. I didn't exercise. I didn't even concentrate on eating well. It was a bad week for weight loss. (but I didn't gain more than I last week at least) Time for another re commitment! This week will be better. Sometimes I think what I really need is a shrink. So many emotions surrounds food and how I eat. This week will include better food logging food and exercise. How did all ya all do?
